How does purchasing a property from your site work?
Pick a parcel of land you would like to purchase, make a deposit, and we will send over an agreement via docu-sign or mail. We will then either close in-house, with an attorney or a title company.
Are you a real estate agent?
No! We own all of the land for sale.
Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?
Yes, please fill out contact form and I will follow up and get in touch with you.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
No! What I offer is what you will pay.
Why are your properties so cheap?
You’ll find land for sale that’s discounted because of the various marketing streams we implement in order to find land owners who don’t want their land or need to sell. This way we can pass along the savings to you.
Can I use bank financing to buy land here?
Banks usually do not like to finance vacant land. If you need financing in order to buy land that you see on my site, contact me today because I do have owner financing available on most of my properties.
